Veg. Hakka Noodles

 Hakka noodles are thin noodles made from unleavened dough made from rice or flour. To make these noodles, you just need to put them in boiling water, cook al-dente, strain, and then mix with your favorite vegetables and sauces.

How to make vegetables Hakka Noodles

Serves 2

Ingredients

400 g Noodles
1 small onion
1 spring onion
1 small capsicum
1 red yellow bell pepper
1 small carrot
1/4 cabbage
50 ml oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder

Procedure



STEP 1 

Boil the noodles. Drain and refrigerate. Cut all vegetables into julienne.


STEP 2 

Heat oil in a skillet, add onion and fry until aromatic. Add bell peppers, carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage to the skillet and stir constantly.

STEP 3

 Add noodles, soy sauce, salt to taste, and white pepper powder and stir over high heat for a few minutes until noodles are hot.


STEP 4 

Stir the noodles well, serve hot, and garnish with chopped spring onion
