Butter chicken
Ingredients:

1 lbs boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, grated
1 cup tomato puree
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup butter
Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the butter and sauté the onions, ginger, and garlic until the onions are soft and translucent.
  2. Add the spices (garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, paprika, and salt) and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture has thickened.
