2 capsicum's, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Fresh coriander leaves, for garnishing
