Penne Alfredo pasta

An Italian sauce that is usually combined with Penne pasta and is referred to as Penne Alfredo. The sauce consists of heavy cream or half and half that is mixed with butter, grated Parmesan cheese, pepper, and occasionally nutmeg to create a rich Italian meal. 

How to make Penne Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

1 cup pasta
1 cup capsicum
1/4 cup cream
1 cup milk
1 carrot
4 baby corn
10 beans
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
2 tsp flour
2 tsp butter
2 tsp oil
salt to taste

Procedure

STEP 1

 Take water in a vessel, add a little salt to it and keep it on the gas to heat. Put pasta in it to boil and cook as given in instruction on the packet.

STEP 2

After doing this, put oil in a pan, add all the finely chopped vegetables and cook them. When all the vegetables are roasted, Take off from the heat.

STEP 3

Now take a pan heat it then add butter, then add all-purpose flour in it and cook till the color of the flour changes. Now add some milk to it and whisk it well so that no lumps are left. Keep stirring till the sauce get thick, your white sauce will be ready.

STEP 4

Add salt, pepper, and oregano to this mixture, mix it well, add pasta, cream, and all the roasted vegetables to it. Mix all these well.  White Sauce Pasta is ready. Garnish it with parmesan cheese.
