Vegetable Thai Green Curry is a fragrant dish with a delightful balance of sweet and spicy flavors, packed with the goodness of crisp, colorful vegetables and creamy coconut milk. Thai curries are best served with rice because it has a fairly neutral flavor that allows you to fully appreciate the complex taste of the curries. The rice also works as the perfect sponge to soak up the Thai curry sauce, which is often a thinner consistency than other curries. Thai curry is a very simple recipe anyone can make it.
How to make Thai Green Curry
SERVES 2
Ingredients
4 tbsp Green curry paste
1.5 cup coconut milk
4 pcs Button Mushrooms
4-5 florets of broccoli
4-5 florets of cauliflower
1 small capsicum Diced
6-8 pcs Diced paneer
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Procedure
STEP 1
Parboil the mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower, capsicum and drain it.
STEP 2
Deep fry the diced paneer till the edges start to turn golden. Drain it.
STEP 3
Take oil in a Wok and Heat it, then add the green curry paste and saute it for a minute. Then add coconut milk and bring it to boil, keep stirring it.
STEP 4
Now add all the vegetables and paneer, also add sugar and salt according to your taste. Let it simmer for few minutes
STEP 5
Serve it hot with steamed Rice. Garnish it with fried curry leaves.
