Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green chili, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped vegetables, flour, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, and salt until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the vegetable balls until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
